What is Premier Boxing for Fitness anyway?

Our Premier Boxing For Fitness program incorporates the training and conditioning practices found in boxing to develop a circuit training for improved cardiovascular fitness and strength.  These fast paced sessions give a full body workout to get the blood pumping- ideal for calorie/fat burning.

What are the benefits of Premier Boxing For Fitness?

  • Improved Muscle Tone. Using fast, repetitive actions will sculpt lean and agile muscles.
  • Form Strong Bones and Ligaments. Using the resistance training that boxing entails, joints, tendons and ligaments will be conditioned and strengthened- and this can help protect them from future injuries.
  • Improved Cardiovascular Fitness. With the fast pace movements, the output of your lungs and heart is increased and this improves your ability to transport and efficiently use oxygen in the body.
  • Stress Relief. While boxing is a physical training method, the actions involved help to realize any stress and anxieties in a safe and controlled environment
  • And of course…Efficient Calorie Burning.  Boxing involves powerful movement, which harness your inner energy stores to burn fat and develop muscle, even after your session has ended.

At the end of the registration process, please follow the payment instructions to pay using your VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD. Once we’ve received your registration information, one of our coaches will follow up you be text, email or phone.

What should I bring to class?

  • A postive attitude
  • Optional items include a towel to dry off, and gloves and mittens during winter months. Dress in layers, as even during the winter months you will get warm quickly.

What should I wear to Premier Boxing for Fitness session?

Wear comfortable workout clothes.  Make sure to dress appropriately for the weather.

Can I bring my friend with me?

Yes, of course.  They will need to register in the same way you do, so just feel free to send them the link to the intro offers page.

What if I’ve never done boxing in my life?

You don’t need to know boxing to be great at our studio.  We’re here to help you reach your fitness goals. Our sessions are designed to burn 800+ calories in an intense but fun 60 minute session with REAL boxing technique, bag work, strength and conditioning, agility, plyometrics and much more!

Will I be able to keep up?

Our coaches will ensure that you are given options to suit your fitness level.

Will it be too easy for me?

We keep our sessions challenging for a high level of fitness, if you’re ready to push yourself, we will make sure that you do!

Is everyone in the group sessions super fit?

No, we have designed our workouts to suit all fitness levels.

Will I have to box with another person?

No.  Our sessions are non-contact and you work one-on-one with a certified coach.

Are the sessions very large?

No.  In order to keep the quality of the group sessions high and maintain a healthy coach to member ratio, we keep the groups small.

Will I be sore?

Yes. Soreness is common at the beginning of the session. But, after two or three days, the soreness should just be mild to moderate. It just means that your Premier Boxing for Fitness workouts are working!

What types of people go to Premier Boxing for Fitness session?

There are a variety of people that attend our sessions – beginning, intermediate, and even expert levels of fitness can be found.  Our coaches are professionals, and they make sure that everyone is maximizing their potential to reach goals and get to the next fitness level.  Exercises can be modified to make sure no one is left behind in their process.

Is there a Premier Boxing for Fitness group session attendance policy?

All members are expected to be on time for their scheduled appointment for training session. If a member is 5 minutes or more late without notifying the coach before their scheduled training session, they will hereby forfeit the training session and will be unable to make up that training session.

What can I expect from a typical day at my group session?

Each day is different so that you do not get tired of your routine. Each week, activities such as running, weight training, obstacle courses, jumping rope, and core training will be incorporated.

Will the coaches yell or embarrass me in front of others?

No. Our coaches are friendly but firm.  We are here to encourage and motivate you.

When can I expect to see results?

You will find that performing the exercises becomes easier after just three days of your sessions. Visible improvement in your appearance can take two to four weeks, depending on your fitness and effort levels. As long as you follow a healthy eating plan and try to include one further cardio session in your schedule each week then you’ll see quite dramatic results.  It isn’t uncommon for some members to go down two dress sizes. But, remember: EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT.

We like to spend most of our time doing what we do best, delivering awesome sessions, so we check emails once a day, and we will get back to you within 24hrs Monday-Friday.

What happens once my sessions are over?
